Tuna Salad a la Símple Recipe

Lunch as a working mom becomes simple, fast and nutritious. I want something that can satiate my hunger, while giving me the nutrients my body craves. Not to mention while spend as little as time possible in the kitchen to prepare lunch. For dinner, I will be in the kitchen cooking for the family a hearty meal. I prepare to save my energy and time for later. That’s why I opt to prepare a simple salad for lunch.

Salads become a to go thing as it’s really about throwing some ingredients together and pairing it with a yummy dressing. Tuna Salad Ingredients

  • Greens. Arugula and spinach mix. Romain lettuce.
  • Can Tuna
  • Medley Tomato
  • Cut Avocado
  • Purple Onion
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • Olive Oil

Assembly

  1. Throw all the ingredients in bowl starting with greens, tomatoes, onions, avocados and tuna.

2. In a bowl whisk together the dressing, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
